Ian focuses on how teach others to; lose fat, keep the fat off, gain strength, and build muscle while still having fun. Jason has over 20 years of weight training experience. After joining Semper Fitness as a member, he decided to pursue a career in personal training through the guidance of Steve Behan. Jason has many years of experience instructing and guiding students through his second job of teaching music, and looks forward to bringing those instructional skills together with his knowledge of training to help clients achieve their goals.
Steve lives in Red Lion with his wife and two children, born and raised in Maryland. Steve relocated his family to Pennsylvania after completing his service in the USMC. After spending several years in a automotive retail management career Steve decided to start his personal training business so he can help others achieve the same benefits he received from losing weight and incorporating regular exercise and a healthy diet into his lifestyle. Having been overweight as a child and as an adult Steve can relate to his clients unlike most trainers. Steve holds his personal training certification with the International Sports Sciences Association and also has studied Psychology and Kinesiology at Penn State. Steve is an avid weightlifter and enjoys teaching others the basics of strength training, specifically for fat loss.
